Terms & Conditions

  1. The beneficiary must treat the people appointed by “Antorik Sonjog” with love, respect and compassion.
  2. To get this service it is mandatory for the beneficiary to login to the website (www.antoriksonjog.org) and register with the required amount.
  3. The amount to be collected for registration may change from time to time and it will be a one-time payment only. The registration will be valid for six months. If any situation arises where the worker provided by our organization needs to be removed within six months, another helper will be provided. However, there must be a valid reason for removal.
  4. The payment for registration must be done either through cash or transferred online. Receipt will be provided for the payment done through cash, whereas for the online transaction, the digital record will be accepted. If the situation compels us to accept cheques, under no circumstance we would accept post dated cheques. Our bank information is attached herewith - Antorik Sonjog, A/C-332601001157, ICICI Bank, IFSC-ICIC0003326,Branch-Bamunimaidam.
  5. Every 2 months the workers will be given an opportunity to visit their home, and the time along with the span of the vacation can be decided mutually by both sides.
  6. "ANTORIK SONJOG" gives utmost importance to the verification of each and every detail and documents of the workers associated to avoid scams. Moreover, by using CCTNS (CRIME & CRIMINAL TRACKING NETWORK SYSTEM) of Assam Police, verification requests for each and every individual are submitted. However, the character of a person, unlike their personal details, cannot be verified. If anything is found being misplaced or missing, it is advised to collect essential evidence and not blame the worker at first hand. If we are provided efficient proofs, we will take necessary action against the worker. The only way to avoid such a situation is to be careful from the very onset of the association.
  7. Attention should be paid towards the health and wellbeing of the worker. They should be provided with meals timely, also healthy and nutritious food along with it.
  8. Between the two parties – the service provider and the service recipient, we only work as a third party and therefore our responsibilities are limited.
  9. There can be situations where there will be clashes of opinions between both the parties. In such cases, the NGO can’t be held responsible.
  10. If circumstances arise where you don’t seem to like the nature of the person and want to suspend him/her from the job, you’ll have to let us know beforehand. If needed the same service can be provided for the second time. This arrangement will be done only for three times and not beyond that & salary for working days should be given.
  11. If the person we provided gets sick during the working hours, arrangements for their primary treatment shall be made by the beneficiary and “Antorik Sonjog” needs to be informed.
  12. In the same way, if the person we provided can’t stay present at any day due to health related issues or any other issues; they’ll have to inform us beforehand. Sudden health issues will be treated as an exception in this scenario.
  13. Every worker of Antorik Sonjog will get a day off every week. The parties will decide the day per their convenience. If a maid needs more off days, that too will get decided by the parties. Along with all the decided holidays, the workers will be allowed two extra off days. If no. of holidays is higher than decided, money will get deducted from their monthly salary. In such cases, the decision of the beneficiary/recipient will be the final one.
  14. The female caregiver of “Antorik Sonjog” should be treated properly and they shouldn’t face any sort of mental or physical harassment. Similarly, if the beneficiary faces any such problems from the appointed workers, “Antorik Sonjog" should be mandatorily informed.
  15. The working time of the worker is from 10AM to 5 PM (winter), 10AM-6PM (summer) with the convenience of both parties the time may differ. This is not applicable to those workers who’ll stay in their employer’s household overnight.
  16. The salary will be provided by the beneficiary themselves. It may be by way of cash or online transfer. It should be made before 7th of every month.
  17. The salary of the caregiver will be decided in the presence of both parties. It will depend on different factors like transportation facilities, distance, list of works that needs to be done etc. After looking into all the matter the amount shall be fixed.
  18. In case someone wants to extend the time slot of our service period, then it should be informed at least 15 days before the end of the service time period. Similarly, the beneficiary will also have to inform at least 15 days before and, if he wants the workers to leave before the end of the service time period. Also if a worker wants to resign from the service, he/she too will have to inform us 15 days beforehand or else they’ll be deprived of their salary.
  19. Each and every beneficiary must deposit the salary of the caregiver beforehand. In case, any worker leaves the job prior to the completion of a month, the NGO will pay them off for the days they worked and the remaining amount will be returned to the beneficiary after deducting the administrative charge.
  20. Any sort of ill-feeling, anger, rage or disbelief towards the caregiver should be discussed with the NGO first before consulting any third party.
  21. Holidays on festive days like Bihu or Puja, will be decided by both the parties as per their convenience. Moreover, solving trivial matters like taking 2 days off by asking for 1, health related problems, or any other personal issues, amidst both the parties is appreciable.
  22. After how many days of registration the service will be provided will entirely depend upon the convenience of both the parties and availability of desired candidates. After registration, the caregiver will be provided for once. If the contract gets distracted due to some reasons and the recipient needs our service, the party has to re-register into our website.
  23. Any complaints against the workers assigned by "Antorik Sonjog" won't be taken into consideration in the initial month of their service. The main reason behind this is that people need some time to adjust to a completely new environment and it is normal. The service seeker should try and understand their state.
  24. Only the people who have taken both the doses of Covid Vaccination will be prioritized by us for appointment. But, if someone is willing to take a worker who has taken only the first dose, on the basis of mutual understanding, the householder needs to take the responsibility of making them take the second dose on time.
  25. If anyone takes a worker from "Antorik Sonjog" for a fixed time period (say 2-3 months), then the worker will be brought back by us on completion of the time period. If someone wants to increase the time span, he will have to inform us at least 5 days beforehand.
  26. We accept only the written complain. Can send us through whatsapp also. (Between 10 AM to 6PM everyday).We will contact you within 3days &shall try to mitigate the issues.
  27. If the owner wants to terminate the maid in the very first month without any strong ground then the registration fee will not be refunded.

I hereby state that I have read all the terms and conditions from 1 to 27 and I shall abide by all of those.
